If you are intending to use the NXTSET sauna, you should read and understand these Terms & Conditions before you complete the booking via our website.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all Members and other casual clients using the Club Facilities.
Sauna / Sauna Room Access are not supervised and use of these facilities are at your own risk.
All members using these facilities must have basic abilities and acknowledge and agree to use the facilities knowing that the sauna does not have a medic on duty.
These facilities are only accessible during staffed hours and are strictly forbidden outside of these times.
All members are to respect the rights of others whilst using these facilities & will take the time to follow the cleaning rules under COVID guidelines.
No children under the aged of 16 are permitted to use these facilities without either a parent or guardian present or prior approval from management. All members hereby acknowledge and agree to abide by the sauna safety rules upon entering the sauna area.
All members are to book before entering these facilities and there are to be no unauthorised events
 

Booking Terms & Conditions

Please ensure you have read and understand our terms and conditions before booking an appointment.

 

IMPORTANT COVID-19 POLICY
PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND OUR VENUE IF YOU ARE FEELING UNWELL OR IF YOU ARE DISPLAYING ANY FLU LIKE SYMPTOMS.

Please note we are not providing towels, glasses for water or cold towels at the end of the session at this time. Please ensure you bring your own towels and water bottle; we provide filtered water in reception.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • A minimum 48-hour notice required for cancellations and changes.

  • All cancellations or rescheduled appointments must be done via email by emailing info@nxtset.com.au. You cannot do this over the phone.

  • If you are a No Show or if you fail to cancel or change your appointment inside the cancellation period you will forfeit that session and any fees associated with it.

  • Late arrivals will be given a 10-minute grace period, if you a running late please call ahead to ensure we have the ability to allow your session to run over.

  • If you are more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to class your session as a No Show, you will forfeit that session and any fees associated with it.

  • Sessions and packages are strictly non-refundable, non-transferrable and cannot be shared with family or friends.
     

AVOID SAUNA USE IF;

  • You’re pregnant

  • Have suffered a heart attack

  • Have a pacemaker

  • You regularly use drugs/ steroids

  • You suffer from haemophilia, lupus or brain tumours

 

PLEASE ALWAYS SEEK PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE BEFORE USING OUR SAUNAS OR IF YOU;

  • Are on any medications

  • Suffer from obesity

  • Suffer heart disease

  • Have low or high blood pressure

  • Have any chronic disease

  • Have any ongoing health issues

 

NXTSET WAIVER  
 

I accept there is a potential risk of personal injury or death in using an infrared sauna and I agree that neither I, nor my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against NXTSET or staff for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
I understand that in the event that I damage the sauna in any form that I will be liable for any cost to repair and or replace the item.

I will wear appropriate clothing and have my towel placed under me on the seat whilst using the sauna.

I understand and accept that booking infrared sauna sessions with NXTSET demonstrates that I agree with the above Terms and Conditions.
